We are looking for an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing and invoicing queries.

• Troubleshoot account access issues.

• Guide and train customers on the use of the client's products.

• Provide timely, professional, and effective solutions.

• Deliver high-quality service while meeting client expectations and quality targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English, written and spoken.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused and professional attitude.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
