Location: Mumbai , Pune and Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.
\n
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
\n
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets as assigned by the organization.
\n
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable freight forwarding solutions.
\n
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.
\n
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
\n
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.
\n
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
\n
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
\n
• Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
\n

Required Qualifications & Experience

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related discipline.
\n
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.
\n
• Mandatory experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
\n
• Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
\n
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
\n
