Job Description

Our client is delivering a large-scale Salesforce programme covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Conga. The programme is currently halfway through delivery, and they need a Solution Architect with a strong Service Cloud focus to join the team on a hands-on basis, working alongside the wider delivery team from design through to build.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own solution design for the Service Cloud workstream within the wider Salesforce programme.
  • Work hands-on in Salesforce, building and configuring alongside the development team, not just producing design documentation.
  • Collaborate with the wider project team across the other clouds in scope (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and Conga) to keep the solution coherent end to end.
  • Support delivery through to the end of the engagement in March 2027, with the possibility of extension.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.
  • Strong, hands-on Service Cloud experience.
  • Comfortable implementing solutions directly, not solely operating at design or architecture level.
  • Experience working as part of a wider delivery team on a large, multi-cloud Salesforce programme.

Desirable

  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and/or Conga.
