Role Overview We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Engineer / GenAI Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents that enhance software engineering, DevSecOps, and enterprise developer workflows using modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic architectures . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents using LLMs and agentic frameworks.

Build AI-powered developer productivity tools for code generation, code review, refactoring, and documentation. Develop and deploy intelligent agents to automate coding, testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and QA workflows . Integrate leading AI platforms and copilots ( GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex, etc. ) into enterprise engineering ecosystems.

Architect agent orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and feedback loops for secure and scalable solutions. Collaborate with platform, engineering, and security teams to deliver production-ready AI applications . Evaluate emerging LLM technologies, frameworks, and agentic patterns to drive innovation.

Required Skills: ✅ Hands-on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks ✅ Strong proficiency in Python and AI application development ✅ Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAI APIs, MCP ✅ Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool usage, memory architectures ✅ Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, DevSecOps workflows ✅ Experience integrating AI into developer platforms and enterprise workflows ✅ Understanding of security, governance, and scalable AI deployment Preferred: Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Codex Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience building developer productivity platforms
