Role & Responsibilities Retention & Revenue Analytics to improve renewal conversion and overall GWP Drive analytics-backed initiatives for attribute wise cohorts Use attribute cohorts for advanced analytics models on churn prediction, propensity to buy/renew Build and operationalize analytics frameworks for Cross-sell propensity, Upsell opportunity identification and next best offer Provide insights on the renewal progress and lead the team in improving the retention % Drive continuous model improvements designed to improve Retention % Manage stakeholders across Business, Sales, Retention, Marketing, Technology, and Vendors Education: Graduate/ Postgraduate in Data Science / Statistics / Business Analytics Experience: 10-12 years of experience, with 4+ years in data analytics / data science and exposure to Retention and Telesales. Prior experience in GI is preferred Skills: Strong analytical skills, good presentation skills, stakeholder management skills and ability to work under pressure
