Freelance Agentic AI Engineer Remote | Long-Term | Next-Generation AI & Autonomous Systems We are hiring experienced Agentic AI Engineers for a long-term remote engagement with globally distributed engineering teams building cutting-edge AI products, autonomous agents, and enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. This Role Is for You If You are currently employed full-time and open to a part-time freelance engagement on the side. You work 100% remotely in your primary role and prefer a flexible work environment.

Our 750+ engineering team delivers high-impact solutions across: Product Engineering Data Engineering Agentic AI Generative AI (GenAI) You will collaborate with senior AI researchers, architects, and engineering leaders to build intelligent systems that operate at enterprise scale. What You'll Work On You will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced Agentic AI solutions capable of autonomous decision-making, multi-step reasoning, and workflow orchestration.

Your Responsibilities Will Include: Designing and building autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases. Developing multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and task execution. Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business workflows and applications.

Building AI-powered copilots, assistants, and workflow automation solutions. Implementing agent orchestration frameworks and tool-calling architectures. Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge systems.

Integrating AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. Evaluating, monitoring, and optimizing AI agent performance and reliability. Implementing guardrails, observability, and governance for AI systems.

Collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will work alongside senior architects, AI engineers, and platform teams building enterprise-scale intelligent systems used by global organizations. Core Skills We're Looking For Must Have 7+ years of software engineering experience.

Strong hands-on experience building Agentic AI or Generative AI solutions. Expertise in Python development. Experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar models.

Strong understanding of AI agent architectures and autonomous workflows. Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as: LangGraph LangChain CrewAI AutoGen Semantic Kernel Experience building RAG applications and vector search solutions. Strong API integration and backend development experience.

Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization. Understanding of AI safety, governance, and observability practices. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with multi-agent systems and distributed AI architectures. Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS. Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, and AI deployment pipelines. Experience with knowledge graphs and advanced reasoning systems. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.

Experience building enterprise AI products at scale.
