FP&A Manager

We are seekingan experiencedInterim FP&AManagerto join afast-paced, privateequity-backed business. This rolewill provide criticalsupport to thefinance function duringthe recruitment ofa permanenthire while alsodriving key financetransformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhancethe monthly FP&A reporting cycle, ensuring timelyand insightful managementinformation.
• Develop and improvemanagement reporting packs, dashboards, and KPIreporting.
• Support finance transformationprojects, including processimprovement, reportingautomation, and planningenhancements.
• Review and optimisebudgeting, forecasting,and financial planningprocesses.
• Partner with seniorstakeholdersto provide financialanalysis and commercialinsights.
• Ensure reporting meetsthe requirements ofa private equity-backedenvironment, includingboard and investorreporting where required.
• Provide continuity andleadership within theFP&A functionwhile the permanentrecruitment process isunderway.
• Identify opportunities toimprove financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience asan FP&AManager or SeniorFP&A professional.
• Strong background infinancial reporting, managementinformation, and financetransformation.
• Experience delivering processimprovement or financechange projects.
• Previous experience withinaprivate equity-backedbusiness is highlydesirable.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellentstakeholder managementskills.
• Advanced Excel skillsand experience withFP&A/reportingsystems.
• Ableto work independently, quickly build relationships, and add valuefrom day one.
• Available to startatshort notice.

Desirable Experience:

• Private equity-backedor investor-ledbusiness experience.
• Exposure to BI/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Experience improving planning, forecasting, and reportingprocesses.
