Job DescriptionMorgan McKinley is delighted to partner with a growing property / construction business in Dublin on an exciting FP&A Analyst opportunity. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will play a key part in developing the organisation's FP&A function, with responsibility across forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, cash flow analysis and commercial reporting. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
Build and maintain financial models across P&L, cash flow and balance sheet. Deliver variance, scenario and sensitivity analysis. Prepare monthly FP&A reports, dashboards and management commentary.
Partner with Commercial and operational teams to understand performance, costs and margins. Provide insight and constructive challenge to improve forecast accuracy and decision-making. Support reporting, process improvement and ad hoc finance projects.
Requirements ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE Strong FP&A, financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting experience. Excellent Excel and analytical skills. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Confident working with senior and non-finance stakeholders. Experience in a project-based, construction or property environment would be advantageous.
