FP&A Manager

An exciting PE backed Consumer business who are currently on an impressive journey of growth are currently looking to appoint a Commercial FP&A Manager. The role will have a large degree of ownership and is a real chance for someone to progress through the ranks quickly. Some of the responsibilities for the successful Commercial FP&A Manager: Lead the annual budget planning process, collaborating with senior department heads across the business Produce achievable budgets, as well as identifying areas of opportunities Develop and maintain budget models, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Supporting monthly re-forecasts. Provide actionable insights into future performance. Analyse forecast variances and identify potential risks and opportunities. Lead the development of the company’s strategic financial plan. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. Develop financial models to evaluate different strategic scenarios.
