FP&A Manager

Addison Group has partnered with a high-growth, globally operating organization to identify an FP&A Manager. This individual will play a key role in driving financial planning, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the business. This is a highly visible role within a collaborative finance team, with strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help shape scalable processes as the organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with cross-functional leaders to support the annual planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing performance tracking Build and refine reporting deliverables that provide clear, actionable insights to leadership; continuously enhance reporting capabilities and outputs Develop dynamic financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and operational initiatives Analyze business performance, identify key drivers, and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders Challenge assumptions and provide financial perspective on strategic initiatives and business cases Identify and implement process improvements across planning and reporting to drive efficiency and scalability Support broader strategic planning efforts and track performance against key initiatives and targets Contribute to the growth of the FP&A function, including mentoring junior team members as the team evolves Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related function Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, and business performance evaluation Working knowledge of GAAP and financial statement relationships Advanced Excel skills required; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000 + target bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
