Analyst - Technology

Americas Financial Advisory San Francisco Lazard is seeking an Analyst with relevant experience (investment banking internship or full time experience) to join the Technology team in San Francisco as an integral member of a focused group who will receive meaningful exposure to both senior bankers and client executives alike. Technology Analysts work on a variety of strategic transactions for leading and emerging companies spanning the following verticals: Software, Internet, Hardware and Semiconductors. We’ll trust you to: Create and prepare client presentations and marketing materials Build complex financial models and perform valuation and other analytical exercises Conduct detailed industry research and competitive analyses Execute deal processes, support due diligence and liaise with the client or other advisors You’ll need to have: Top academic performance with comfort operating in an unstructured environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and poise Prior investment banking work experience, and a passion for the Technology industry Strong quantitative background and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, FactSet, Bloomberg and Pitchbook Excellent verbal/written communication skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Motivation to work as a team player and contribute to a positive team culture What we offer: We strive to enhance the total health and well-being of our employees through comprehensive, competitive benefits.

We expect the base salary range for this role to be approximately $120,000 - $125,000 USD.

Various factors contribute to determining the actual base compensation offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and relevant skills for the role.
