FP&A Consultant (Hiring Immediately)

FP&A Analyst (Bilingual) 5-Month Contract | Onsite in Miami, FL Phoenix Pro Connect is supporting a client in Miami with an immediate need for a Bilingual FP&A Analyst. This is a 5-month onsite contract role where you'll play a key part in supporting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. If you're strong in Excel, have a solid finance or accounting background, and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes Conduct variance analysis and identify key financial trends for management review Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to gather data and provide insights Present financial analysis in Excel and PowerPoint to support decision-making Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis Assist with ad-hoc projects and financial presentations as needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related role Strong accounting foundation (ideal) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas, modeling) Proficiency in PowerPoint for reporting and presentations Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus Contract Details Duration: 5 months Location: Miami, FL (onsite role must be local or able to commute) Start Date: Immediate Seniority Level Associate Industry Financial Services Employment Type Full-time Job Functions Finance Skills Microsoft Excel English Budgeting Microsoft PowerPoint Financial Planning Spanish
