Job Description
Key Responsibilities Design and develop 1:1 Formboard Drawings Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including: o Bill of Materials (BOM) o Label sheets o Tool list o Validation checklist o Wire list Ensure high accuracy and completeness of all deliverables, as outputs are released directly to production Interpret and work with wire harness drawings, including Single-line diagrams and Schematics. Review and understand component datasheets Ensure component compatibility within the design, specifically for: o Automotive components o Connectors o Associated accessories (not limited to these) Ownership of design validation and formal sign-off prior to release Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including: o Manufacturing o Engineering o Quality Required Skills & Qualifications Proven background in wire harness design or wire harness manufacturing (manufacturing exposure is considered an advantage) Hands-on experience with Zuken E3 software (mandatory) Strong understanding of wire harness design principles and component compatibility criteria Ability to read and interpret wire harness standards and drawings across different domains Capability to analyze component datasheets and validate compatibility, particularly for automotive components and connectors Educational qualification - Diploma or bachelorโs degree in: o Electrical o Electronics o Mechanical Automotive domain experience preferred
