Forklift Truck Driver (CB FLT)

Pertemps Recruitmentis currently seeking Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. We have exciting opportunities for skilled and reliable Forklift Drivers to join their team, working on vehicle loading/unloading and general yard operations.

This position is full time, with weekly overtime paid at 20.62ph and running until October/November.

What will I be doing?

• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care.
• Performing general forklift duties around the yard, including moving and organising materials.
• Conducting routine checks on forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintaining accurate records of goods moved and stored.
• Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe.
• Collaborating with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.

What skills and experience do I need?

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance)
• Previous experience as a forklift driver is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads.

What hours will I be working?

• Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00
• Occasional Saturday mornings.

What will I be paid?

• Standard Rate: 13.75 per hour.
• Overtime Rate(after 40 hours per week): 20.62 per hour.
