A leading forensic accounting and disputes practice is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager to join its growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in dispute advisory, litigation support, investigations, and expert witness assignments to work on high-profile and complex cases across a broad range of industries.
Your new role
Working closely with the firm's Partners and expert witnesses, you will manage a diverse portfolio of forensic assignments, supporting clients, legal teams, funders and tribunals on complex accounting, financial and valuation issues.
You will be involved in matters including:
- Commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Shareholder and partnership disputes.
- Business and share valuations.
- M&A and post-acquisition disputes.
- Breach of contract and loss of profit claims.
- Investment treaty and international arbitration matters.
- Expert determinations and independent expert appointments.
- Damages assessments and financial loss quantification
What you'll need to succeed
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong experience within forensic accounting, disputes, litigation support or valuation services.
- Experience quantifying financial losses and preparing evidence for contentious matters.
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical and investigative skills.
- Strong report writing and communication abilities.
