Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contested foreclosure cases from inception through resolution
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and orders to show cause

  • Ability to independently manage cases and meet deadlines effectively
  • Experience with commercial foreclosure, commercial closings, or bankruptcy is a plus
  • Strong academic credentials and legal foundation

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar
