Salary: - $18.00 hourly / 32.00 to 40.00 hours per week Terms of employment: - Permanent employment; Full-time; Evening; Shift; Flexible hours; Night; Day; Weekend; Starts as soon as possible Benefits: - Other benefits: 1 free meal per shift and a quarterly bonus based on restaurant performance

Responsibilities
Tasks - Requisition food and kitchen supplies - Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food - Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures - Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation - Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards - Prepare budget and cost estimates - Address customers' complaints or concerns - Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage - Prepare food order summaries for chef - Establish work schedules
Supervision - 5-10 people
