Job Overview We are growing our team at The Fried Rice Collective and are seeking multiple energetic and hospitality focused Managers to lead our restaurants in various capacities. In a managerial role, you will oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster a positive work environment, and promote growth within the team.

Potential Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Oversee inventory control processes to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize food costs Manage POS systems such as Toast for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures Train, develop, and mentor staff members to uphold service standards, safety protocols, and food handling procedures Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas Coordinate shift management duties, including scheduling staff, managing customer flow, and resolving operational issues promptly Implement budgeting strategies to control expenses while delivering quality service and food production Skills Extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or full service restaurants Proven management skills with a background in supervising teams in hospitality or food industry settings Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast for efficient transaction processing Strong knowledge of inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Experience in staff training & development, interviewing potential team members, and managing shift operations Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, foster a positive environment, and drive operational success Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
