FOH Manager

Eunoia is looking for hospitality-driven, energetic, and detail-oriented restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture Build a confident, knowledgeable FOH team through training, coaching, and leading by example. Create a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement. Guest Experience & Daily Service Guarantee smooth service operation and meet guest expectations through consistent communication with staff.

Manage cash handling procedures including guest payments, bartender drawers, server tips, and delivery transactions. Work closely Back-of-House leadership, and ownership to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance. Staffing, Scheduling & Payroll Create FOH schedules and oversee weekly payroll administration.

Manage FOH/BOH time-clock edits to ensure efficient payroll processing. Lead FOH staff training to maintain strong knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards. Business Growth & Communication Collaborate with ownership on programming and revenue opportunities to drive sales across all meal periods.

Maintain effective communication with the management team and ownership. Schedule Full-time roles include five floor-management shifts per week. What We’re Looking For A passion for guest connection and team development Experience in restaurant or hospitality management (preferred).
