Job Description

A great group is seeking a Family Care Nurse Practitioner to join their Primary Care team! This is a full-time permanent position in the San Jose, CA area: Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (NP). Ideally at least 32 hours per week; open to 24 hours per week as well.

Full-time hours are M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 16-18 patients per 8 hours. Will be seeing all ages if comfortable but open to providers who can see 21 only. Must have 2 years of experience in Primary Care.

Must be able to see patients independently without needing precepting. Salary 150-170k depending on experience, full benefits, and loan repayment options are available. Please refer to Job ID 6148
