About the Role We are looking for a high-caliber Flutter Developer to build and scale a next-generation mobile trading and wealth management platform. This role requires strong architectural thinking, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-performance, real-time applications used by a large user base.

Key Responsibilities 1. Flutter Development & Architecture Design scalable and maintainable frontend architecture Build production-grade Flutter applications Apply Clean Architecture, MVVM/MVC, and modular design principles Implement state management using Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider 2. Real-Time Trading Systems Develop WebSocket-based real-time systems Handle live market data, order updates, and streaming events Ensure seamless UI updates with minimal latency Implement reconnection and failover strategies 3.

Performance Optimization Deliver smooth, high-performance UI (60 FPS) Optimize memory, network, and rendering performance Implement lazy loading, pagination, and efficient list rendering Use Flutter DevTools for debugging and profiling 4. API Integration Integrate REST APIs using Dio/HTTP Manage JSON parsing, error handling, and retry mechanisms Implement caching and performance strategies 5. Security Implement secure storage for sensitive data Apply SSL pinning and data encryption Ensure protection against reverse engineering vulnerabilities 6.

Offline & Reliability Handling Build systems that handle poor network conditions Work with local databases like SQLite, Hive, or Isar Implement reliable data synchronization mechanisms 7. UI/UX Excellence Deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality user interfaces Build responsive layouts and custom animations 8. DevOps & Release Management Manage CI/CD pipelines Handle Play Store and App Store deployments Monitor app health using tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry 9.
