Floor Manager – Siti (East Austin) We’re looking for a strong Floor Manager to join the team at Siti — someone who is passionate about hospitality, service standards, and building high-performing teams. This role is focused on owning the floor , elevating the guest experience, and coaching our team to deliver thoughtful, consistent, and memorable service. What You’ll Be Responsible For Leading service on the floor and setting the tone for hospitality Training and developing servers to deliver exceptional guest experiences Coaching the team on menu knowledge, upselling, and service flow Driving beverage and food sales through strong floor presence Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and execution Working closely with leadership to continuously improve operations What We’re Looking For 2+ years in a leadership role in a high-volume restaurant Strong understanding of service standards and guest experience Confident, calm, and decisive on the floor Someone who leads by example and holds the team accountable Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality Compensation Competitve annual salary Growth opportunities within the group Bonus potential Paid time off Why Join Us We are building something special — a restaurant group focused on great food, strong culture, and thoughtful hospitality.
