Job Description Job Description Description: Responsibilites: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support program performance and decision-making Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Monitor program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions Assist in developing policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support project management activities Maintain program documentation, records, and compliance requirements Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource tracking activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program initiatives Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide administrative support as needed Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Associates degree and 1-4 years experience
