WE ARE HIRING : Fitness Manager | Anytime Fitness Kalkaji Anytime Fitness veterans preferred! Lead a top-tier team in the heart of South Delhi. Anytime Fitness Kalkaji is looking for a high-performing Fitness Manager to lead our coaching team.

While we welcome all qualified fitness professionals, candidates with prior experience within the Anytime Fitness franchise will be given strong preference. We are looking for a leader who already understands the "Anytime Way"—from driving PT revenue to delivering a "Real AF" (Always Friendly, Always Functional) member experience. Location : Kalkaji, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-15 Trainers. Sales & Growth: Drive Personal Training (PT) penetration and conversion rates to meet monthly revenue targets. Member Experience: Oversee the "Member Fitness Consultation" process and ensure long-term member retention.

Brand Standards: Maintain the gym floor and equipment to the premium global standards of Anytime Fitness. Operations: Manage trainer rosters and coordinate with the Sales/Club Manager to ensure a seamless member journey. Candidate Requirements AF Advantage: Prior experience as a Fitness Manager or Senior Trainer at an Anytime Fitness club is highly preferred.

Certification: Accredited certification (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent). Business Acumen: Strong sales skills and the ability to manage a P&L for the fitness department. Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi with the ability to engage a diverse South Delhi clientele. ✨ Why Join AF Kalkaji?
