Financial Transformation Programme Manager

Financial Transformation Programme Manager Location: Dublin 2 days a week onsite. Reporting to: Programme Director Finance & Actuarial Transformation. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to act as a trusted right-hand to the Programme Director.

The role supports the delivery of a large-scale Finance and Actuarial Transformation programme across Europe. The role will manage the rollout of transformation projects and tools, while ensuring strong governance and controls. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery and rollout of multiple Finance and Actuarial transformation projects.

Act as a key partner to the Programme Director and provide support across the overall programme. Manage multiple projects, workstreams, dependencies, risks and stakeholders. Ensure strong programme governance, controls and reporting.

Work closely with Finance, Actuarial and Technology, and business teams. Engage and influence senior and Executive-level stakeholders. Prepare and deliver clear, professional executive presentations and programme updates.

Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and tools, including AI. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and financial processes. Key Requirements Senior Project /Programme Manager with proven experience managing complex transformation programmes.

Strong Finance/Financial Transformation background and experience delivering Finance-related projects. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of governance and controls.

Confident working with and influencing Executive-level stakeholders. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Insurance/Financial Services experience is highly desirable(not a must).

Experience with AI, Pigment or similar Finance transformation tools is a plus.
