Financial Reporting Manager

This role is hybrid based in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across accounts and reporting schedules
• Research and provide guidance on complex accounting or reporting issues
• Support audit processes and internal control initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

We are looking for someone directly out of public accounting or combination of both industry + public.
