Job Description
- Bachelor s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Advanced/Fluent English, with the ability to lead meetings, deliver presentations, and engage with global stakeholders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial or accounting processes is considered a plus.
- Support the monthly commission calculation and validation process.
- Perform preliminary analyses and reconciliations of commission payment data.
- Identify discrepancies and initiate investigations to resolve and correct variances.
