About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong experience in real estate financial analysis. The role involves financial modelling, investment analysis, and performance tracking, with a key focus on using ARGUS for property-level analysis and valuation support. Key Responsibilities: Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate assets using ARGUS.

Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyze financial statements and prepare detailed performance reports. Evaluate investment opportunities and support acquisition and asset management decisions.

Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Prepare cash flow models and assess asset-level financial health. Collaborate with Asset Management, Accounting, and Operations teams.

Support capital expenditure analysis and investment decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with financial standards and internal controls. Track KPIs and prepare dashboards for management reporting.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in real estate or asset management. Mandatory: Hands-on experience with ARGUS (Enterprise/DCF). Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

Solid understanding of financial statements and investment analysis. Experience with Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP/Oracle is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Exposure to commercial or residential real estate portfolios. Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (preferred but not mandatory).
