Strategic Financial Analyst Miami, FL (Hybrid) A highly respected professional services firm in Miami is seeking a Strategic Financial Analyst to join its team. Key Responsibilities Analyze key financial metrics including revenue, profitability, productivity, and accounts receivable Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Perform variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to provide real-time insights Partner closely with senior leadership, including executive and practice group leaders Support initiatives such as compensation modeling, performance analysis, and business planning What We’re Looking For Strong background in FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly preferred Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Why This Role High visibility with senior leadership Opportunity to influence strategic decision-making Blend of finance and analytics in a forward-thinking environment Collaborative, professional team with strong growth trajectory
