SAFS has spent 20+ years building a marketing and outreach engine that fills advisor calendars with qualified pre-retiree and retiree households across the Phoenix metro. A dedicated operations team handles implementation and back-office work. Your week stays focused on the highest-value activity: sitting across from clients, building written financial plans, and implementing solutions across investments, annuities, and life insurance.
This isn't a rebuild-your-book opportunity. It's a step-into-a-system opportunity.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 First Year Comp., Commissions, Bonuses.

What We're Looking For
- Active Life & Health Insurance License + Series 65 or 66
- 3+ years of client-facing financial planning or advisory experience
- Track record of leading planning conversations through recommendation and implementation
Stands Out
- Experience serving retiree and pre-retiree households
- Annuity and life insurance implementation experience
- CFP designation (or in progress)
