The Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Intern for an initial period of 6 months. Based on performance during the internship, the position may be converted into a full-time contract.

This is a hands-on role offering direct exposure to the full real estate investment lifecycle, from sourcing and underwriting through to deal execution and post-acquisition management, working closely with an experienced team.

What You'll Do

- Source and analyze real estate investment opportunities (development & hospitality)

- Perform underwriting and financial modelling

- Prepare presentations for investors

- Support deal execution, including due diligence and financing

- Actively support post-acquisition investment management activities across existing investments

- Conduct market research and analysis

- Contribute actively to the creation and development of the deal pipeline.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate Finance, or a related field, with a strong interest in real estate investments and corporate finance

- Prior experience or knowledge in real estate private equity or investment banking will be valued, but is not mandatory

- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills

- Attention to detail, with good organization and planning skills

- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory); Portuguese is valued but not mandatory
