In this role you will act as a strategic financial partner to senior stakeholders and on commercial proposals.

The role will support commercial decision-making, improve profitability post acquisitions and provide insight into business performance across multiple areas.

Key Responsibilities: Provide financial analysis on projects and overall business performance.

Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning with senior leadership and international finance teams.

Present financial analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Provide insight into business performance, operational efficiencies, and risk management.

Oversee financial systems relating to clients, invoicing, and accounts, while monitoring and reporting on key financial metrics.

Work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting.

Coordinate environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting within the wider group.

Support operational teams in managing projects within the organisation's finance systems.

Contribute to both internal and external audit processes.

The successful candidate will have: A degree or professional qualification in Finance or Accounting; ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

A minimum of three years' experience in a similar Finance Business Partner or commercial finance role, ideally within a large or international organisation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence presenting budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to senior stakeholders.

Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Experience collaborating across multiple departments and functions.

A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.

High levels of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.

A flexible, positive, and solutions-focused attitude.

The ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, along with strong systems aptitude.
