Finance Business Analyst

Contract Length: 6 months initial IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join a well-established financial services organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in delivering finance-focused change initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations.

Key Responsibilities Partner with finance stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technical teams Support finance transformation initiatives, including process improvement and system enhancements Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis activities Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure successful delivery of solutions Assist with testing, including UAT planning and execution Ensure alignment with regulatory and reporting requirements where applicable Key Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within finance or financial services environments Strong understanding of finance xwzovoh processes (e.g. reporting, forecasting, reconciliations) Experience working on finance system implementations or transformations Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience with data analysis and process mapping tools Comfortable working in an agile or hybrid delivery environment
