Finance Analyst

At Quilla Resources, we are seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team and add value through the generation of high-quality financial information to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with financial obligations and internal policies, as well as follow up on commitments with shareholders and royalty companies.
• Prepare and update short-term cash flow forecasts to support effective liquidity management.
• Provide support in financial planning and the financial evaluation of projects and investments.
• Participate in the preparation and ongoing update of Quilla Resources’ long-term financial model.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations in English for the Board of Directors, shareholders, and senior management.
• Consolidate financial information from different areas, ensuring the quality and consistency of reports.
• Coordinate with Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Logistics, and other areas to address financial information requirements.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving and automating financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Banking.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, treasury management, and accounting.
• Experience working with medium- to high-complexity financial models.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and results orientation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience communicating in English with foreign partners or suppliers.
• Knowledge of SAP or another financial ERP is desirable.
• Mining industry experience is desirable but not required.
