Finance & Accounting Associate

This is not your typical finance role. You won't be doing routine compliance work for local businesses. Instead, you'll work alongside some of the fastest-growing tech startups in the country — including AI companies and businesses operating across the US–India corridor.

In the last 15 months, we've grown to serve 50+ VC-backed startups, and we're looking for sharp, ambitious candidates who want to build real finance, accounting, and strategy skills in a high-growth environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of startup clients
2. Prepare MIS reports and dashboards that founders and CFOs use to run their companies
3. Support investor reporting and board decks for VC-backed startups
4. Assist with financial consolidation across entities, including cross-border (US–India) structures
5. Contribute to strategic finance and business analysis — not just recording numbers, but helping companies make decisions
6. Collaborate with team members across a range of high-stakes client projects
7. Communicate clearly with founders, finance teams, and senior stakeholders
8. Continuously learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup-driven environment

Other Requirements

1. CA Intermediate (Group 1 / Both Groups) cleared
2. Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting
3. Strong analytical and communication skills
4. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and own outcomes
5. Bonus: Any exposure to modern finance tools or startup accounting
