FIFO SITE ADMIN CASUAL

Remote Personnel is currently seeking Site Administrators for upcoming FIFO opportunities across Western Australia. These are versatile, all-rounder roles suited to individuals who are confident in site administration and willing to assist with utility tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven FIFO Site Administrator experience – MUST HAVE
• Experience with INX – MUST HAVE
• Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance (no less than 3 months)
• Rio Tinto, FMG, or BHP Inductions are highly regarded
• Able to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including ongoing drug and alcohol testing every 28 days
• Must also be able to do Utility work when required
• Able to complete a PEM medical

Key Responsibilities

• Travel and accommodation coordination for staff
• Act as the main point of contact for admin-related issues on-site
• Perform utility tasks, including cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and other areas
• Support the camp team and adapt in a fast-paced, remote environment
