Opportunity
Join our Resource Recovery team as a Field Technician at our Ti Tree Bioenergy facility. In this active, hands‑on role you will operate machinery, maintain and optimise the site’s leachate management systems, and perform a range of physical labouring duties in the field.

Responsibilities
- Civil and site labouring duties
- Operate heavy machinery and systems
- Install and maintain leachate management infrastructure and equipment
- Conduct inspections of leachate systems and measure leachate levels according to equipment requirements
- Schedule pump maintenance, contractor services and general site maintenance tasksReport leachate system issues in compliance with site safety requirements
- Collaborate with Field Supervisor to optimise leachate recirculation and management processes
Success Criteria
- Full QLD driver’s licence
- Experience in waste disposal, leachate or gas extraction (beneficial)
- Trade qualification or background in mechanical, plumbing or welding; field work experience highly regarded
- Relevant high‑risk work licences (working at heights, confined space, rigging & dogging, excavator, dozer, skid steer, roller, moxy, forklift, etc.)
- Experience in operating heavy machinery in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of pumps and associated equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify pump issues
- Intermediate computer skills (Google Suite, Microsoft Suite)
- Strong focus on health and safety
