What You'll Do
As a Field Technician, you will provide service and support to customers throughout the Bronx and surrounding areas by:
  • Performing preventative maintenance on financial equipment
  • Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment in the field
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
  • Training customers on proper equipment operation and usage
  • Delivering exceptional customer service during each service call
  • Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
  • Supporting additional Cennox business lines through cross-training opportunities
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working with low-voltage electronics, mechanical systems, or related technical equipment
  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Proficiency with hand tools and testing equipment, including multimeters and volt-ohm meters
  • Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience using navigation and routing applications such as Google Maps
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow written instructions and participate in remote or telephone-based training
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, insured personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
  • ATM, safe, or financial equipment service experience
  • Experience working independently in a field service environment
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the workday
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity
