Job Title : Field Marketing Manager Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Experience: 8-10 years (Events-focused) Function: Marketing About the role We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just organize events but knows how to turn them into revenue. At Keka, events are a strategic part of how we build relationships and grow pipeline. You’ll lead this function end to end — designing experiences that spark interest, build trust, and move prospects closer to a buying decision.
From intimate roundtables to large conferences, your events will be remembered and measured. You’ll be expected to directly influence pipeline creation, with clear targets around SQLs, event-to-demo conversion rates, and ROI per event. What you’ll do Own event-led pipeline generation across India and Middle East, with clear targets for SQLs, demo bookings, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution.
Plan and execute 200+ annual events including conferences, customer events, executive roundtables, webinars, roadshows, partner events, and third-party sponsorships. Build and manage the annual events calendar aligned to business priorities, target accounts, industry focus areas, and GTM objectives. Drive end-to-end event execution, including planning, logistics, production, registrations, speaker management, attendee experience, and post-event follow-up.
Partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, Customer Success, Content, and Design teams to maximize event reach, engagement, and conversions. Identify, recruit, and manage customers, industry leaders, analysts, influencers, and partners for speaking and participation opportunities. Own event budgets, vendor relationships, procurement, negotiations, and ROI management.
Track and report event performance metrics including registrations, attendance, engagement, SQLs, demo bookings, pipeline influence, cost per SQL, and ROI. Continuously improve event formats, attendee experiences, conversion mechanisms, and operational processes through data and feedback. Build scalable event playbooks and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all event programs.
