Fertility Nurse

Are you an experienced fertility nurse or midwife looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a large IVF clinic based in Manchester, is looking for a Fertility Nurse to join their team. What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional, personalised care for patients across the full fertility treatment pathway.

Use your expertise in treatment cycles, stimulation protocols, and medication management — including adjusting dosages where clinically appropriate. Work autonomously and confidently, making independent clinical decisions to support safe and effective treatment. Perform advanced clinical procedures including ultrasound follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and sedation support.

Mentor and support junior staff, helping shape the next generation of fertility professionals. What We’re Looking For: Registered Nurse (NMC) with at least 3 years’ post-registration experience. Minimum 2 years’ experience in fertility or women’s health, including endo, early pregnancy scans and diagnostic stands.

Skilled in follicular tracking, IV cannulation, and patient-focused fertility care. Confident in autonomous practice, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. A calm, empathetic communicator who thrives in a multidisciplinary team.
