What you’ll do

• Design and develop fusion wear including blouses, dresses, shirts and modern Indian silhouettes

• Translate Indian handloom textiles into contemporary, wearable fashion

• Build cohesive product drops and seasonal capsules

• Work on trend research, moodboards, colour stories and design direction

• Create tech packs and oversee sampling, fittings and production readiness

• Collaborate closely with karigars, sampling units and production teams

• Ensure premium fit, finish and quality across products

• Contribute to styling, campaign looks and overall brand aesthetic

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in fashion design

• Ideal experience: 3–5 years

• Experience working with Indian textiles, handlooms or crafts preferred

• NIFT/NID preferred (not mandatory if work is strong)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

• Strong understanding of silhouettes, garment construction and fit

• Experience in fusion wear, contemporary wear or premium fashion preferred

• Strong taste level and understanding of modern Indian consumers

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial viability

• Detail-oriented with high ownership and speed

• This role is not suited for candidates with 10+ years experience
