What you'll do

•   Own the day to day bookkeeping in Tally: purchases, sales, expenses, and journal entries, recorded accurately and on time.

•   Keep the books clean and reconciled. Vendor and customer ledgers, and monthly closing.

•   Track inventory across the warehouse and weaving clusters: stock in, stock out, valuation, and variance checks.

•   Match purchase orders, GRNs, and invoices before payments go out. Catch mismatches early and flag them.

•   Support operations with numbers the team can trust: cost of goods, landed cost, and margin inputs.

•   Manage petty cash, employee reimbursements, and expense tracking.

•   Build simple, reliable reports: daily sales, receivables, payables, and inventory summaries.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

•   2 to 4 years in accounting, ideally at a D2C, retail, or manufacturing brand.

•   Hands on with Tally (Prime or ERP 9). Comfortable with vouchers, ledgers, and reports.

•   A solid grasp of inventory accounting and how stock actually moves through operations.

•   Strong with Excel or Google Sheets. Formulas, pivots, clean data.

•   Genuinely diligent with numbers. You double check, you reconcile, you don't guess.

•   Organized and dependable. You close things on time and keep records in order.
