Family Nurse Practitioner

Be Well Family, a modern and patient-centered healthcare clinic in the heart of Tempe, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our committed care team. Your Responsibilities Conducting new patient consultations and follow-up assessments Interpreting lab results and creating personalized treatment plans Administering injections and non-invasive procedures (training provided if required) Supporting patient education and guiding them through their health journey Collaborating with a medical assistant, and front desk team Ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For Current Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona, in good standing Minimum 2 years’ NP experience, ideally in urgent care, primary care, or wellness clinics Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment Comfortable with electronic medical records and timely detail oriented documentation Nice to have – HIV experience Must be available to work in person, 4 days/10 hour shifts from 6:30am-7:00pm in two locations, Walgreens 3402 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012 and Tempe.
