FAMILY NURSE PRACTIONER

Job Description Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autonomous and Experienced, and CREOLE-SPEAKING Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be skilled in various clinical practices. As an FNP, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine health needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Provide care for infectious diseases, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques.

Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care. Educate patients and families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.

Manage occupational health-related issues, ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory requirements. Requirements Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program.

Valid Florida state nursing license and certification to practice as an FNP. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Familiarity with triage protocols and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
