Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $230,000 to $250,000 annually Vacation: 160 hours Personal Time: 40 hours Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours, allowance of $2,500 Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary Short-Term and Long-Term Disability 401k Plan: matches up to 4% FTCA Malpractice Insurance Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages. Schedules such as 5-8s, 4-10s, ensuring Work / Life Balance. No On-Call, No Nights, No Weekends.

Full Support Staff to aid in patient care and clinic operations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care for patients.
