Role Description The Facade Designer will work full time on-site in the Pune Division, collaborating with project teams to develop detailed facade designs for commercial and residential buildings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing shop drawings, coordinating cladding and glazing details, and ensuring that designs comply with structural, safety, and aesthetic requirements. The role involves working with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues, optimize material use, and support project timelines.

The Facade Designer will also participate in site-based coordination, update design documentation as projects evolve, and provide input on design improvements and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in facade design, including Facade and Facade Design for building envelopes.
• Experience preparing and interpreting Shop Drawings for facade systems and related components.
• drafting and drawing experience for alumunium windows , Unitized facades
• Knowledge of Cladding materials, detailing, and installation methods.
• Understanding of unitized Glazing systems, performance requirements, and integration with structural elements.
• Proficiency in CAD or BIM design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety standards, and facade engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary project teams.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in facade design or building envelope projects is preferred. Hi
