Responsibilities

• Lead client projects and engagement teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Drive business development by preparing client meetings, project proposals and proactively seeking new opportunities.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation.
• Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction to drive additional and repeated engagements.
• Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, portfolio optimization, etc.
• Effectively manage diverse and international teams, maintaining work‑life balance and promoting EY-Parthenon culture.
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues to support their growth and fit to the team.
• Lead marketing and promotional efforts to boost brand presence and awareness.
• Actively support recruitment efforts by identifying and selecting future team members.

Qualifications

• Academic bachelor or master degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience, including in strategic consulting.
• Project management skills: delivery structure, coordination of team members, and client relationship management.
• Commercial skills to identify new customers and opportunities.
• Full proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to independently lead projects & teams and manage senior-level clients.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, and proactive attitude.
• Team player capable of operating in an international, multicultural environment.
• Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience or exposure to global contexts.
