\nAbout the Role
\nAs Room Leader, you’ll lead your room with confidence, creativity and care, supporting children through a play-based learning approach aligned with the EYLF. You’ll mentor and guide fellow educators while creating engaging learning environments where children can thrive.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to step into a leadership role or continue growing their leadership journey within a supportive organisation.

What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Cert 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent) \n
- Previous experience leading or supporting a room \n
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework \n
- Passion for creating meaningful learning experiences for children \n
- A collaborative and positive approach to teamwork \n
