Export Executive
Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 17:30
Our client is looking for an Export Executive to join their fast-growing team and play a key role in keeping their international shipments running smoothly! You'll be the go-to person for export operations, ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate shipments with our China export team and manage exports to China & Nigeria.
- Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation in Boxtop for audits and compliance.
- Arrange collections and deliveries with hauliers/couriers and handle trans shipments.
- Issue export entries and ensure timely invoicing.
- Mentor and train colleagues on export procedures and compliance.
- Keep processes efficient, compliant, and customer-focused.
Who You Are:
- Proactive, organized, and flexible with excellent time management.
- Strong communicator, team player, and able to work independently.
- Experienced with international trade and export compliance.
- Tech-savvy with good IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Assertive, accountable, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
