About Us

Fortus is a proudly Australian owned and operated company, specialising in replacement wear parts - including Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.) and Rubber Tracks & Pads for earth-moving equipment. We support customers right across the country.

About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Managing Directors and Executive team here in Perth.

If you've got a few years of admin or EA experience behind you and you're ready for a role with more scope, this could be for you. You'll be working alongside the people who run the business, seeing how decisions actually get made, and having a real hand in keeping things moving.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping the Executives Moving: Manage calendars across several senior leaders and juggle competing priorities

  • Making Travel Painless: Book flights, accommodation and ground transport, sort visas and documentation, and put together itineraries

  • Being the First Point of Contact: Screen calls, emails and enquiries for the Executive team, and draft correspondence, letters and presentations that go out under their name

  • Supporting the Bigger Picture: Pull together research, help prepare reports, track documentation and deadlines, and get ahead of what the team will need next

  • Keeping the Office Humming: Look after supplies and equipment, coordinate meeting rooms and catering, manage mail and couriers, liaise with vendors, and cover reception when we need a hand

  • Staying on Top of the Detail: Process invoices and purchase orders, reconcile executive credit cards, and flag anything that doesn't look right

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 4 years in an Executive Assistant, administration or coordination role

  • Organised. You keep track of the moving parts and things don't fall through the cracks.

  • A good communicator. You can write something clean and professional, and you're just as comfortable talking to a Managing Director as a supplier or a branch manager.

  • Discreet. You'll be across confidential information and it stays with you.

  • Someone who gets on with it. You spot what needs doing and sort it, rather than waiting to be asked.

  • The tech. Comfortable with Outlook, Teams and the Microsoft suite.

Any exposure to mining, construction or industrial equipment is a bonus, not a requirement.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 + super, depending on experience

  • A proudly Australian owned business that’s growing, with real scope for your role to grow with it
  • A close‑knit, supportive team that likes to have fun together, not just work together
  • Free parking
